  1. Customization Approval:

    • Before processing a custom order, Ada Aziza obtains explicit approval from the customer regarding the design, size, and other customization details. This approval can be documented through emails, order forms, or a written agreement.
  2. Non-Refundable Deposit:

    • We require a non-refundable deposit when placing a custom order. This deposit covers the cost of materials and labor involved in creating the custom outfit and is not returned if the customer decides to cancel the order.
  3. No Returns for Change of Mind:

    • Due to the personalized nature of custom outfits, we are not accepting returns for changes of mind or if the customer is dissatisfied with the design, color, or other subjective elements after initial approval.
  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Ada Aziza ensure that each custom outfit meets quality standards. If there are defects or errors in the customization that are the fault of the store, we are willing to address and rectify the issues or offer full store credit.
  5. Returns for Defects or Errors:

    • If the custom outfit has defects or errors that are a result of the store's mistake, we are willing to accept returns, provide a replacement. Customers need to notify the store of any issues within a month.
  6. Size Adjustments:

    • In cases where the outfit does not fit due to an error on the store's part (e.g., incorrect measurements), the store may offer size adjustments or alterations at no additional cost.
  7. Communication:

    • We maintain open lines of communication with the customer throughout the customization process and we will be responsive to inquiries and concerns. Email us at
  8. Timeline for Returns:

    • The return policy lasts within a month of receiving the outfit. 
  9. Shipping Costs:

    • Clarify whether the customer or the store is responsible for return shipping costs. In the case of defects or errors on the store's part, the store may cover the return shipping expenses.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International customs and fees are customers responsibilities. Each country regulations is different. Please consult from your government import policies. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
